4.1. AlbertGerald offers shipping services for our products. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Alterations are ready for pickup after 5pm on the due date. Garments left over 6 months may be donated. Alterations follow your requests and pin placements; further modifications incur a fee. Due to the nature of alterations, there are no refunds or exchanges on finished alterations. Additionally when customers take finished alterations out of our store they are willingly accepting the finished work as good standing.
5.2 Due to the custom-made nature of our garments and the exclusivity of our retail collections, all sales for ready-to-wear and custom-made pieces are final.
