Refund and Exchange policy.
items you want to return must be unused, unwashed and undamaged in order to be returned or exchanged.
For a full refund, exchange or store credit we offer 30 days from day of purchase to return any items back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will contact you letting you know we received the item(s). After the item(s) is inspected and accepted. we will email you with a request is approved email confirmation. We will then issue you an refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed. we can only offer a store credit to use on products online.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item(s) don't get lost. 
Please do not send your item(s) to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
