Styling the Burgundy Tuxedo

DRESS IT UP

This tuxedo’s warm burgundy tone sets the table with a lot of color. With a cool, contrasting bow tie in black, you can get the right balance. Keep the look going with desaturated black and grey tones, silver accessories, and black patent leather shoes. The best way for a burgundy tux is to pair it all with a crisp white dress shirt for a clean and put together finish.

DRESS IT DOWN

If you want to approach the holiday party in a more dresses down way, we got you covered, Sometimes dressing down means more color, but in the case of a burgundy tuxedo, you need to stay cautious. Instead of mixing in more color, play with different patterns and textures. We recommend a black and white bow tie, with color coordinated cufflinks and a pocket square.

Styling the Medium Blue Tuxedo

DRESS IT UP

This medium blue tuxedo contrasts very well with black, which makes it perfect for a dresses up look. We like the look and feel of our black velvet bow tie with a patterned pocket square. Classic, black leather shoes tie the whole look together.

DRESS IT DOWN

A striped bow tie has a very festive feel, while still not being too over the top. Combine the look with a champagne colored pocket square, a white bow tie and black loafers to give it the perfect finish.

Styling the Navy Velvet Tuxedo

DRESS IT UP

The first thing that comes to my mind when thinking about elegance is velvet. This velvet dinner jacket is worn best with a navy blue bow tie, a white dress shirt, and black velvet loafers to tie it all together.

DRESS IT DOWN

Like pictured above, you can dress this elegant piece down by combining it with a black turtleneck and black skinny jeans. Wear a pair of black Chelsea boots with it and you are good to go.

Styling the Gold & Navy Jacket

DRESS IT UP

The best way to style this statement blazer is by combining it with a solid navy bow tie, or with the bow tie matching with the print of your jacket. For the canvas, stick with a plain white dress shirt, or step even more out of the box with a pleated tuxedo shirt. If you choose to go with the pleated shirt, don’t forget to add black button studs.

DRESS IT DOWN

Look at the pattern of the jacket and you will find a subtle color pattern. Opt for a washed out rose bow tie, skip the pocket square and go for navy velvet loafers. Black pants or black denim pants break the shoes and the jacket up for a pleasing combo.
